Guest guest Posted May 26, 2006 Report Share Posted May 26, 2006 Oriental Style Brussel Sprouts 2 lbs. brussel sprouts, washed water, salted 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tbsp. butter 5 ozs. water chestnuts, drain, slice Simmer brussel sprouts, covered, in a small amount of salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
