Yes, it sure does the trick. I should know, I get car sick unless I'm driving.

I put it in stir fry, because it gives it a more intense flavor and in a

Moroccon soup I make. It is good in tea's also or just to eat as a snack. That

is great to know about motion sickness. I know someone that suffers from this

and I think I'll suggest it to them.

 

I find that Super Targets have it for a great price in their store brand.

I ate alot of the crystalized ginger and alot of fresh ginger tea when I was

going thru chemo. Got me thru alot of days when I was feeling nauseaous but

didn't want to take yet another drug.
