We dont have a name for how we make our asparagus, but its very yummy!

we mix melted butter, soy sauce and brown sugar with water, and steam the

asparagus (covered) in the mixture until its nice and bright green! (the kids

like it a bit more 'mushy'...you can test it out and see which you prefer...

its very tasty!!!

I can't this recipe, it sounds so good. I don't care for the cream

sauces over asparagus. When I find it on sale I will be sure to try

this out.
