I hope you like it. Sandy New Potatoes with Fresh Horseradish 2 pounds of tiny nre red potatoes 3/4 cup yogurt, sour cream or vegan sour cream 3 inch piece of fresh horseradish (you can used prepared too) 2 pinches of sugar salt & white pepper 2 pinches of dill (dry kind) Steam the potatoes whole and unpeeled until tender takes about 20 minutes. Peel and grate the horseradish root, stir it together with sour cream, sugar, salt & pepper and dill. Transfer potatoes to a large bowl and toss with sour cream mixture. Love cheap thrills?
