soy vs. other alternatives

I'm hooked on the lentil-potato patty recipe from the files as well as several

other recipes for patties, they are delicious the next day, freeze and reheat

fast. I made a huge stack of those and froze them.

I think the soy based meat alternatives are good in a rush but I like making

patties from scratch, taste so much better and you can add your own spices this

way.

I just bought some almond milk, because I realize I do need to cut

down on my soy (was eating it at every meal and having a couple of soy

lattes every day)...
