Guest guest
I'm hooked on the lentil-potato patty recipe from the files as well as several other recipes for patties, they are delicious the next day, freeze and reheat fast. I made a huge stack of those and froze them. I think the soy based meat alternatives are good in a rush but I like making patties from scratch, taste so much better and you can add your own spices this way. I am discovering the " food pyramid, " is not one size fits all. Like the other posts have said, don't panic : ) If your kids hate soy milk maybe back off for a while and just be careful to use organic milk and maybe try the soy again another time? I just bought some almond milk, because I realize I do need to cut down on my soy (was eating it at every meal and having a couple of soy lattes every day)... melissa p
