You won't believe this. Last week I was thinking about a crunchy fried pasta

treat my Mom used to make. She doesn't remember it now and I sure don't see a

recipe in her old handwritten cookbooks. This has to be it.

Thanks for bring back a fond memory and a forgotten recipe.

LOL thats great Donna, I found the recipe in a 1950's pasta cookbook last

year and had to try them. Great party snacks, and healthy. I'm so happy I

bought back a memory for you.

hahahaha 1950 pasta cookbook, I'd like to bet that's the very same book my Mom

probably had. I ate those as a kid.

Now that's awesome, steet my day off right!
