Guest guest
I made Deanna's potato crispies last night. I will be making them again soon. The family really ejoyed this quick side dish. Thanks Deanna ------------Zena So easy and very tasty. I had apx. two cups of organic instant potato flakes so I added enough water to thicken , added 1/4 teaspoon of both onion and garlic powder, and apx. 1 tab. of olive oil to the mixture. Formed tiny flat patties, apx. medium cookie size, sprayed them with olive oil spray, salted the tops and baked them at 350 degrees until browned. They are crispy on top and soft inside. They hold up great for dipping. Good either hot or cold Made apx. 8 patties/crispies Feel free to call! Free PC-to-PC calls. Low rates on PC-to-Phone.
