make ahead recipes site (thrid try!)

Here is a site that was posted to a cooking for the

freezer group I belong to. The recipes are based on the OAMC - Once A

Month Cooking - idea. I really like having basic meal builders

available in the freezer section of my fridge, all ready to pull out

and add fresh ingredients. It was a great help when all 6 of our

children were still at home and I've continued with it now that there

are only 3 of us.
