So I decided to rejoin. I do need some ideas about fat free plain yogurt. I'm starting a new diet and it suggests 2 dairy servings a day (preferably milk or yogurt). It recommends plain fat free yogurt. I don't like yogurt too well as it is and I usually prefer the whipped type. I'm thinking of getting some fat free plain yogurt but I need some ideas of what to put in it to make it more appetizing to me. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. If anyone can think of something I could use for dairy (I don't like fat free cheese) I would appreciate those ideas also. Gurubandhu If you cannot see God in all, You cannot see God at all.
