I'm mom to four kids, ages 5 1/2, 7, 13, and 14. In the last two years, only my 7 year old has been to the pediatrician for a sick visit. I really attribute this to our veg diet. I have curently taken them off of dairy except when i cook with it. its a hard transistion. my son isnt handleing it so well, he really likes his chocolate milk. normally we would have cereal with milk and today we had oatmil have you guys always been veges or is this something you started recently? You can buy or make chocolate soymilk, if you don't like the soy there is also rice milk and almond milk to try.
