Hi Tabitha,

 

We use nutritional yeast in our cooking as a source of B12 also our soy milk

is fortified with it. I'm mom to four kids, ages 5 1/2, 7, 13, and 14. In the

last two years, only my 7 year old has been to the pediatrician for a sick

visit. I really attribute this to our veg diet.

maybe we could talk more, i think you would be a real inspiration. i have 3

kids, 3 months, 2 years and 4 years. I have curently taken them off of dairy

except when i cook with it. its a hard transistion. my son isnt handleing it

so well, he really likes his chocolate milk. normally we would have cereal

with milk and today we had oatmil :) have you guys always been veges or is

this something you started recently?

I use vanilla soymilk in my cereal. You can buy or make chocolate

soymilk, if you don't like the soy there is also rice milk and almond

milk to try.
