I guess I won't be much help here, but I take spirulena (a B complex) from the Vitamin shoppe. It makes a huge difference in how I feel. Getting B in food I'd love to know too. Guest guest
I hope to learn a lot from this group. I am not currently vegetarian but im interested in it. The only problem is I really like sea food and chicken. I hope no one is offended by this. The reason I started looking into vegetarianism is because my family and I are always sick, excpecially my kids and its driving me nuts. I want to live and eat healthier. Well I guess that is about it except I have one question, how do you get vitamin b12? I dont really want to take any supplements. Thank you, Tabby from Kansas
