Tonka Beans

I believe that it is illegal to use Tonka beans in anything that is

edible. They are sometimes used in potpourris but are not suitable as a

food.

I will have to reasearch them but I think the are condidered to be

poisonous.

Here is a link I found about them. If you go to www.google.com you can type

in the search bar " How to Cook ------------- " and it will give you websites for

this. I love doing this. I found several but they were all from other

countries with the metric measurement, and they had some recipes.

I think rat poison (warfarin) and Coumadin heart medicine are

synthetic derivatives of this.
