Easy Banana Nut Cake

 

This is in the oven now, the smell is driving me nuts.

 

3 cups of bananas

2 cups of sugar

2 cups of flour

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

1 1/2 cups of vegetable oil

1 teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoons of baking soda

4 eggs or substitute

1 cup of nuts, I used a mixture of almonds and walnuts thats all I had

 

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
