Especially the broad Italian style beans in the pop top can. Can't get any easier than that. My son goes thru several of these a week when he comes home from school...and then we throw the can into the metal recycling bin....not perfect, but not too bad, either! Oh, and also--i usually empty the juice from the can into my " soup jar " that I use for veggie stock. Guest guest Posted May 20, 2006 Report Share Posted May 20, 2006 Ya know, once I thought I was totally screwed 'cause I'd forgotten to pick up some veggie stock (Grandma had some chicken stock but obviously I wasn't gonna use that!) until she told me I could just drain the juice off a can of mixed veggies and use that. Canned veggies saved my casserole! LOL!
