I added an egg to make it fluffier and I used a quarter cup of soy pulp, left over from making soy milk. I'm always looking for places to use the pulp, rather than waste it. Also, I make cupcakes, rather than a cake. It tasted great and smelled even better. Madera P.S. Raccoons and Opossums like soy pulp. If I have too much, I leave it out for them.
