Guest guest
Oops! I didn't even notice how that sounded till now! LOL. Sawwie, LOL. Yep, balance is the key. It's amazing what some people think of vegetarians...I have that friend who thinks all I eat is lettuce, I have another friend who is totally convinced I'm going to die of protein deprivation...it's crazy, LOL. I have let up on my junk food and my sodas a lot. I still enjoy diet soda occasionally, but I love juice, I've loved juice since I was a little kid. I'm surprised I haven't turned ORANGE from all the carrot juice and carrots I consume! LOL! In a message dated 5/19/2006 7:48:46 P.M. So many people are vegetarians and have no clue what they are eating, I don't think you have to live on veggies but you do need to know what beans, grains and the different vegetables are and to try and balance out your meals somewhat. I know another one that only drinks fsome ruit juice and eats candy bars. Now is that a sugar overload and empty calories. She's a junkfoodatarian. I thought it was kinda ignorant of her to make assumptions about foods she'd never even tried. ( " Ewww, veggie burgers? " " What? " " Squashed veggies, yuck! " ) I felt like telling her to go Google it all, find out what vegetarians REALLY eat, then we could talk, LOL. In a message dated 5/17/2006 1:14:37 P.M.
