safe mandolin and Micro Wave Taters

I had one like that, big scar on one thumb to prove it

at what temp to make those tater chips - don't have a

microwave, ( or counter space, pantry, etc,etc, I call

it my 'excuse for a kitchen') hahahahahahaha
