Guest guest
Slice your potatoes, skin on (the recipe calls for new potatoes but any works well). I like them thinner than the recipe calls for but that is just me. Coat with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake them at 450 for 25 minutes, turn and cook an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with the salt of your choice, 1 tsp cayenne pepper and 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley. Toss and serve. YUM This is a great cookbook, its called Barbecue Biscuits and Beans. There are some meat dishes in it, but there is a lot of great beans, biscuits, breads, sauces, potatoes, soups (lots of squash soups) chile pastes, eggplant, okra, all sorts of good stuff.
