I don't know about that " bammie " my west coast version of Google has

different things from the UK version. Bammie came up as something X rated

and then something about rap........LOL

I shall see if the library has a book on island cooking (:- O

Hi Wee,

I shall take a Google image search, I have never ever heard of ackee and I

love to cook with out of the ordinary ingredients. My speciality would be

strange fruits, vegetables and see veggies. I will try almost anything in a

sweet bread recipe I can't eat really spicy foods but everything else I can

handle. Now go to the bread folder and we have a recipe file for gluten free

breads. I hope you can use a recipe from there. I hope you feel better soon,

like everything else, if we have to elminate something from our diet we can

find plenty of recipes to compensate Donna

wrong. I know it is pronouce as " Bahmee " but don't know the exact spelling.

 

Heh, many members have already email me regarding gluten.

I will wait for some more before I post my final conclusion. Like you I also

eat everything but now I can't :-(

I can't wait to hear about this. Is it hot and spicy?

I'm bad at gluten free since I eat everything.

I'm hoping some of the members acn help you with that one.

I eat all types of breads, pasta, etc. so I never know if something has
