I really dig this scramble tofu recipe from " Cafe Max and Rosie's

Vegetarian Cooking with Health and Spirit.

Last weekend, I had some leftover tofu and used this recipe as a

guide. Since the tofu wasn't a whole package I just used ingredients

in a similiar ratio. I'm pretty sure I went light on the tamari. (You

can always add more salt later.) No scallions either, but it was still

tasty.
