yeah, the chicken eating vegetarians....hmmmm. maybe an unusually large

number of respondents happen to be veg (on the poll), that doesn't mean

it represents the population. I know of no other vegetarians in our

neighborhood (of 100 or so), so that would fit the statistic of about

1% of the general population really being veg. I think that every

sample population that you surveyed would be a little different but

average out to a small percentage of veggies : (...maybe more veg on

college campuses, on the West coast,...? )

Yes, in LA we have a large percentage and I did notice many of my nephew's (age

23) college friends are also vegetarian and the ones that are not vegs. will

gladly accept a veg. meal when they come over to visit.
