Guest guest
It is totally calories in verses how many you burn...there are so many yummy veg junkfoods out! I am heavier than when I ate meat, I think because I am experimenting more with cooking and eating more! Plus, to me, meat is more filling...I would never have eaten more than a normal portion of meat at one sitting, but find it easy to eat 2 cups of rice without noticing how much I have consumed! I am a protein person, but the meat eating goes against my thoughts and beliefs of treatment of animals... I would imagine that, yes, if you went from a fast food diet to veg, you'd lose weight or that by giving up processed foods (dairy and junk veg products) maintaining a healthy veg weight would be easy. any-whoooo, melissa p.
