Guest guest Posted May 16, 2006 Report Share Posted May 16, 2006 Brown Rice With Mushrooms and Cheese 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. chopped celery 2 tbsps. chopped onion 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 cs. cooked, brown rice 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese Saute celery, onion and mushrooms in butter, until tender. Blend with remaining ingredients. Place in buttered baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4. How low will we go? Check out Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates.
