Christiane, Since you are all about creating beauty with your tasty recipes, you

might like to make lotus root chips. The lotus root has such a lovely flower

design, they will taste very much like a potato chip but with a perfect circle

and very unique design.

Just a little thought for you. The lotus root (lily root in some stores) is

easily found in the produce area of the Asian market.

I have deep fried them before, I usually caramelize them and serve on top of

rice. I'm a big fan of lotus root.
