Guest guest Posted May 16, 2006 Report Share Posted May 16, 2006 Tofu Non-Dairy Sour Cream (good for dips) 1 10.5 oz pkg lite silken tofu (firm) 1 Tbs canola oil 2 tsp fresh lemon juice 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp sweetener of choice 1/2 tsp salt (dash of red pepper flakes) Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Will store in refrigerator for up to five days.
