It also goes well over fried eggplant. 1 cup tahini 1 large clove of garlic, chopped 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/2 cup cold water salt chopped parsley or powdered cumin (for garnish) Blend tahini with garlic, salt, and lemon juice until the mixture turns white and " tightens. " Add the water and blend until smooth. Pour into a small bowl, garnish, and serve. Makes 2 cups. Blab-away for as little as 1¢/min. Make PC-to-Phone Calls using Messenger with Voice.
