Guest guest Posted May 15, 2006 Report Share Posted May 15, 2006 Bell Pepper and Vegetable Saute 4 green onions 1 zucchini 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 garlic 1 tablespoon fresh basil Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.Add oil.Place over medium high heat until hot. Add garlic, stir-fry 1 minute. Add reserved vegetables, stir-fry 2 minutes, add basil. Cover and reduce heat, cook 2 minutes. Serve immediately. serves 4. Blab-away for as little as 1¢/min.
