I have had such a great day today at work.

Many people smile at me today, lol :-)

I always return the smiles, hehe, lol.

 

 

Does anyone have a recipe for Steamed Dumplings ?

 

I want to try, to make some, this weekend.

I have made it before but what a disaster it was :-(

My problem is getting the dough right.

 

I have no problems with the " filling " and the ingredients for the

*fillings*.

I am about as happy as I can get. Which is so close to being perfect

it is scary. I too am having a great day. Doing laundry which is

honestly one of my favorite things. I have a recipe in an ancient

Chinese cook book for steamed dumplings. Although the ingredients are

simple the direction seem complicated. If you are brave enough to try

it contact me off line and I will give you the directions.

Lets hope someone comes up with a good recipe. I too hope someone

comes up with a good steamed dumpling recipe.
