Guest guest
HI Heather, wow, I'm sorry about your mercury toxicity.. now that's not something they've made a halmark card for .. yet... or have they? Seriously, I've worried about my own icky fillings...and have been meaning ot have them removed. anyway.. I digress.. This group is a fantastic group for support, recipes (COUNTLESS Tried and true wonderful recipes... have you seen our files??) as well as friendships.. but your diet is very strick and I think there might be another group (also will extensive files of recipes) called vegan and gluten free... To visit Vegan-and-gluten-free group on the web, go to: / The people there are experienced in very strict diets, and will be able to help you with this I am sure! good luck, jenni On May 15, 2006, at 12:08 AM, wrote: > > Message 5 > " mertoxic " mertoxic > Sun May 14, 2006 1:05pm(PDT) > New and need some recipe ideas > > Hi.
