Welcome into the group. We can't actually offer you

medical advice but I'm sure if you go through the

recipe files you will find mock-crab cakes, many

various bean and grain burgers as well as loaves you

can sub. meat and soy alternative products with.

Have fun searching through the files. I'm sure you

will find plenty of recipes to fulfill your protein

needs without having to give up being a vegetarian.

Nutrition is one thing the dentists and doctors lack

knowledge in.
