Guest guest
Welcome into the group. We can't actually offer you medical advice but I'm sure if you go through the recipe files you will find mock-crab cakes, many various bean and grain burgers as well as loaves you can sub. meat and soy alternative products with. Have fun searching through the files. I'm sure you will find plenty of recipes to fulfill your protein needs without having to give up being a vegetarian. Nutrition is one thing the dentists and doctors lack knowledge in. Donna --- mertoxic <mertoxic wrote: > Hi. I am new here, and could really do with some > recipe suggestions.
