This is my Gran's old recipe, has to be 100 years old

or more. Appelpaj is Swedish for apple pie. This is

one unique recipe. The crust will decend and come

back up to the top and form. This is good hot out of

the oven or eaten cold the next day. Very easy to

make, peeling aples takes most of the time.
