Guest guest
If you have a food processor you can get the strawberries chooped perfectly with the grate blade. Do Not puree them, they sould be in pieces (small) but not a liquid. Hand chopping is fine but it takes a lot of time since I always double the batch. I think I need to repost the appelpaj recipe for the group since there are so many newbies now. It's a classic recipe of my Grandma's and so many of the members have made it and love it.
