Tofu 2 cups cooked millet 3/4 cup chopped o n ion 1/2 cup grated carrot 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 clove garlic, minced 2 T. barley miso 2 T. Nutritional Yeast 1 teaspoon cumin Preheat oven to 350. Blend the tofu to the consistency of ricotta cheese Mix all the ingredietns together and form into patties Arrange the patties on a lightly oiled baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes on each side, or until browned.
