Fake meat products are a good way to go, if you miss meat.The morning star farms buffalo nuggets are good...Amy's veggie burgers or Sunshine Burgers are very good,...I think that if veggie recipes seem strange or unappealing at first, a good way to go is to make flavorful,familiar recipes-without the meat. My husband is still omnivore, but loves the veggie chili with burger crumbles, tacos with rice, salsa and cheese,...spaghetti with faux meatballs. melissa p Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
