I also seem to be sensitive to the high sugar content of processed foods. As the lactose intolerance and processed foods sensitivity is relatively new, it seems to me that my food options are limited. I know people eat this diet every day. I joined this group because I don't know how to do it, yet. I'm becoming frustrated trying to eat all the food required to get enough calories and meet all the nutrient requirements. I'm just not that hungry. Also, I am 36 weeks pregnant. So, I'm looking for ideas on nutrition for myself during pregnancy and nursing as welll as yummy, healthy recipes for my 4yo and 5yo lacto-ovo vegetarian children (who by default eat very little dairy). ~C Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
