Guest guest
Whitney, In the 70s my teacher suggested for us to do a mono diet of wheatberries, milk and honey every Monday. Hardly anyone like it. We used to " cheat " and improvise by making curried wheatberries. Curried wheatberries 1/2 gallon water 1 quart wheatberries. Simmer for 1 hour Masala Saute: 1/4 to1/2 cup ghee or olive oil 1- 3 inch piece of peeled minced ginger 4 chopped onions 15 cloves minced garlic 2 Tbsp. turmeric 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. ajwan seeds In dry sauce pan stir until mustard seeds pop: 1 Tbsp. mustard seeds 1 Tbsp. cumin seeds Combine all ingredients. GB 4 Wheat Berries Does anyone have a recipe for wheat berries? I have a whole entire bag of them and I can't find a recipe that sounds good. Thanks, Whitney Gurubandhu If you cannot see God in all, You cannot see God at all. Yogi Bhajan Messenger with Voice. Make PC-to-Phone Calls to the US (and 30+ countries) for 2¢/min or less.
