Guest guest
If you want a huge treat - grill your fruit! I made some grilled peaches that were to die for. Another fave in this house is roasted pineapple - break off the top, roast in a pan for about 1 hour at 375F. Cut up & serve. I served it with pineapple ice last weekend - mmmmmmmmmmmm. curried bananas...no clue where the recipe is at this point but as i recall....melt 2TB butter, add some curry powder then add peeled & halved(lengthwise) bananas. Cook for a few minutes then eat. They get kinda meltey ooey, gooey & yummynummy. Heehee...Nicole (6) had grapes & whipped cream the other night. Satisfied her sweet tooth.
