Wheat Berries and wheat grass?

Sorry I do not have a wheat berry recipe for you, but would like to

grow wheat grass. Do you plant the wheat berries? or is there wheat

grass seed? can't find any already started plants around this area ( i

tend to have bad luck starting things from seed)

Thanks for all of the wheat grass tips, I think I'll get some seeds

(or check the petstore) and give it a try.
