Guest guest
Sorry but I know nothing about wheat grass (I don't like it and want nothing to do with it... :-( Yuck!!! ). I bought the wheat berries in the grains section at Whole Foods hoping to use them during the winter but I haven't been able to find a recipe for them. Guest guest
Wheat grass is *really* good, and it's *really* good for you. Will stop a cold, just wonderful stuff. It can be grown in little trays. And you then blend it with a fruit smoothie.
