Wheat Berries and wheat grass?

Sorry but I know nothing about wheat grass (I don't

like it and want nothing to do with it... :-( Yuck!!!

). I bought the wheat berries in the grains section at

Whole Foods hoping to use them during the winter but I

haven't been able to find a recipe for them.

Wheat grass is *really* good, and it's *really* good for you. Will stop a cold,

just wonderful stuff. It can be grown in little trays. And you then blend it

with a fruit smoothie.
