Guest guest Posted May 10, 2006 Report Share Posted May 10, 2006 Sesame Snow Peas With Mushrooms 1 lb. snow peas 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced 2 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil Seasonings: 2 tablespoons sherry 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons seasame seeds Heat the wok and add the oil. When it begins to smoke, add snow peas and mushrooms. Stir fry 2 minutes, then add seasonings. Stir fry 1 minute and serve immediately. Sprinkled with sesame seeds. Makes 2 to 4 servings.
