Its great, is easy to make and tastes like the real thing, I had guests and they didn't know. hehe I served it over steamed asparagus. 10 1/2 ozs. silken tofu 2 tablespoon mellow white miso 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon turmeric Combine all the sauce ingredients in a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth.
