Jamaican Pina Colada Frozen Yogurt 8 ounces canned crushed pineapple in juice 16 ounces coconut milk 1 tablespoon dark rum 1 cup lowfat yogurt, stirred In a medium bowl, mix crushed pineapple, coconut milk, rum, and yogurt. Transfer mixture to ice cream maker and follow manufacturers directions. serves 5. Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1 & cent;/min.
