Parsley, Chili Dumplings 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 2 tbsps. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tbsps. fresh parsley or dried parsley 1 cup + 2 tbsps milk (i use soy milk) 2 tbsps. vegetable oil Mix the flour, baking powder, chili powder, salt, and parsley. Combine milk and oil and slowly mix with dry ingredients, stiring until a thick paste is formed. Drop by small spoonfuls into soup or stew, bring to a low boil and cover. after 10 minutes, turn dumplings over, and cover cook for 10 minutes more. Serve.
