Enjoy, Judy Millet Muffins 2 1/4 c. freshly milled flour(hard red wheat) or King Arthur Brand Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1 tsp. Baking Pwd. 1/4 c. whole Millet 1 c. Buttermilk 1 egg 1/2 c. Oil 1/2 c. Honey Mix together the dry ingredients. Add liquids and mix until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls into greased Muffin Tins.
