tequila vs mezcal Hi Guru

Not sure how you would sub. the real flavor of tequila

when cooking. Here's a link on tequila vs. mezcal.

Mezcal has the worm not tequila, I don't use that

one...LOL Several years ago I used to see mezcal for

sale, haven't seen it in quite a while. Maybe the

vegetarians got on them.
