Hi All,

I am a new member of this group and I have been enjoying the recipes and the

chit chat... I am a 65 year old widow living in the Portland, OR area .--(I am a

Southern CA transplant who moved to OR in 1999).

 

I have been a vegetarian (for the most part) for about 15 years now, because of

my love and concern for farm animals, and I have been a vegan for about 6 years

(but I do eat free-range eggs occasionally).
