Wee's lentil and spinach

I do that with coworkers too. THey are curious and

love to take bites of our food. The best time is

potluck time, I always take something different along

with a usual request of mine.

I make a dish something like your lentil/spincach one.

I use radish leaves and the beet tops work too.

Thank you for the recipe for our files.
