Guest guest
HI- I have a question about this... when it says lavender flowers- what exactly are we using- those tiny little complete flowers that stick out from the lavender heads or are we talking taking a lavender head and gently tearing it apart to get those individual little 'pellets' ( can't think of a better word for those little piecesthat make up the actual blob on the end of the stem! lol ) I am thinking the 'pellets' - but would think they would make whipped cream awfully lumpy.... Thanks, Sharon in SA >whose lavender bushes are going ape crazy as it is autumn Down Under and they loooooooooove this time of year!< - " Guru Khalsa " <greatyoga Lavender Whipped Cream 1 cup heavy cream 3 tbsp. fresh lavender flowers or 1 tbsp. dried lavender flowers (with no oils)
