Hi all,

I am loving this group - so creative and tasty! I'm hoping y'all can

help with some ideas for insta-foods. Around our house " insta-food "

means stuff we can cook quickly on days when we both get home late

and tired. I like to stock up healthy stuff ahead (big batches of

tamales in the freezer) because when I'm tired and hungry I make bad

food choices and eat junk (mmmmm mac & cheese from a box ;) ). I am

between batches of tamales right now and planning to do up some this

weekend and I still have some piroshkis but I'm up for other ideas.

We only have a small freezer so can't freeze too many big things like

casseroles.

peace,

Diane

thing to the sky...

p.s. Amy - that peanut butter banana choc chip bread was awesome! My

mom loved it too.

Well I’m not the world’s most physical guy

But when she squeezed me tight she nearly broke my spine

Oh my Lola lo-lo-lo-lo Lola

Well I’m not dumb but I can’t understand

Why she walked like a woman and talked like a man

Oh my Lola lo-lo-lo-lo Lola lo-lo-lo-lo Lola

Well we drank champagne and danced all night.
